Club Alegria is the first development in Nicaragua that specifically caters towards the gay community.

The project is situated at about 5 km from Granada's Parque Central in the rolling hills of a fresh, lush green surrounding.

We will strive to protect the nature aspect of our project and even fortify it by planting more trees.
The central river of the Club domain shall be kept and will function as a natural artery throughout the whole project.
In this perspective there will be a maximum roof area for every lot of 20%. Lots are non dividable.
We will also strive to make the project semi car free by keeping the one way roads relatively narrow.
There will be a parking lot at the entrance of the Club and another one near the clubhouse.
The project will have 23 lots of about 1000 sq m (1/4 acre) and 30 lots of approximately 2000 sq m (1/2 acre).
There are 20 apartments measuring 60 (650 sq f) or 80 square meters (860 sq f) as well for those who prefer not to keep a garden.
Electricity is already present in several lots. There is a water project under construction guaranteeing quality drinking water in the project. It will be ready by December 2006.
A clubhouse is previewed with a clothes optional swimming pool, a fitness centre and a restaurant.

There is public transportation available at the entrance of the domain, but there will also be a shuttle service available to Granada.

The project will be managed by a homeowners association in which everybody will be represented.
The homeowners association will be responsible for maintenance of roads, swimming pool, clubhouse, security, garbage collecting, water supply, shuttle, ...
